is a Mexican-Colombian-American multidisciplinary designer and artist whose work tends to orbit around themes of culture, community, and conservation.

Hugo uses digital media through a chicanx framework to create connections beyond colonial borders and imagine alternative futures.

He loves learning and is an alumnus of  The School for Poetic Computation, Materia Abierta, and Useful School. 

His interests outside of professional creative projects include poetry, hiking, and photography.
